What is an EQ Admin?

EQ Admin is the name of the service offering providing business owners with an admin/virtual assistant. EQ stands for Exotiq and Admin is what we do.

How much does an EQ Admin cost?

Prices differ depending on the package required as we build bespoke packages for our customers to ensure they get the best service.

Basic packages start from around £500 however we always recommend a free consultation call with our team to find the right package for you.

How do I get started working with you?

Simply click the 'Book Call' button in the top right or navigation bar and schedule a free consultation in with our team at a time that suits you where we will walk you through the process and get you onboarded.

How quickly can I be set up and working with you?

In most cases, our customers are ready to go within 1 to 6 hours however we anticipate between 1 to 5 working days. The timeline largely depends on the availability of our onboarding team, but rest assured, we will complete the process as swiftly as possible.

How does your 14 day trial work?

We offer a 14-day trial period during which new customers can experience our services at no cost, allowing them to determine whether our offerings and quality align with their business needs. No payment information is required upfront, and should you choose not to continue, we can part ways without any further obligation.

At the end of the trial period , we will inquire whether you wish to proceed with our services. If so, we will initiate the onboarding process, set up your full account, provide the necessary documents for signature, and request your billing details.

What distinguishes standard services from additional services?

Standard services are those included within our basic packages and are fully managed by EQ Admin.

Additional services refer to offerings that are not part of the basic package. These can be requested individually or incorporated into a customized package at an additional cost.

We encourage scheduling a complimentary consultation with our team to guide you through our service options and determine the best fit for your business needs.

What is the process for payment and billing?

We operate on a monthly fixed-fee structure, tailored to each client’s specific needs and agreed upon in advance. This fee is invoiced and payable at the end of each month, ensuring transparency and enabling you to manage your business and finances with confidence.

Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, or through a Direct Debit arrangement for a more seamless payment experience.

What are the implications if I choose to cancel our collaboration?

Since you are not bound by any contract with us, you have the flexibility to cancel your package at any time throughout the year. We simply request a 30-day notice period to facilitate a smooth handover of any information, documents, or communication, and to close any accounts or subscriptions we have been managing on your behalf.

Following cancellation, your access to our portals, chats, or groups will be revoked to avoid unnecessary communication. Additionally, we will finalize any outstanding invoices or payments, which must be settled in full.

Rest assured, this does not mean a farewell. We remain available via phone, message, or email to assist with any questions or concerns you may have, and we are always happy to help.

Can I re-join and resume collaborating with you following a cancellation?

Certainly! We would be delighted to resume our collaboration. However, you would need to begin with a new consultation, as your requirements may have changed. This ensures that packages and pricing are adjusted to meet your current needs. While we may not be able to maintain your previous pricing, we will be sure to offer you the most competitive rate available at that time.
